Presenza reale, transustanziazione e «nuova teologia eucaristica»
Abstract
This article aims at highlighting, with some critical emphasis, the more inter-esting points that some recent contributions of Eucharistic theology offer in order to reread the themes of the real presence and transubstantiation. Hav-ing pointed out the main critical issues caused by the doctrine and language of transubstantiation, two ways of overcoming/reformulating them are ana-lyzed: the first, of a philosophical nature, proposed by M. Rouillé d’Orfeuil, and the second connected to the rediscovery of the ritual form, traced back to the works of L. Della Pietra, Z. Carra e A. Grillo. Having considered the provision of G. Lafont, who reconfirms the pertinence of the language of transubstantiation, one can gather some concise reflections which open up new perspectives.
