Abstract

This article proposes to examine from a psycho-social perspective the priestly ministry of presiding the ecclesial community in relation to the leadership and involvement in organisms and groups. This contribution, which focuses on a leadership at the service of a fraternal and jointly responsible community, having outlined some characteristics of the presiding facilitator with some concrete examples, puts forward some courses of action and intervention regarding the positive outcome of group dynamics with reference to both communion and operative efficacy
