L’Editto di Milano: tappa nella storia della libertà religiosa

Abstract

This historical article aims to investigate the history of the effects of the Edict of Milan in 313, focusing on the model of relations between public authority and religious power that it inaugurated. This research is carried out by highlighting the different interpretations that the Edict has already taken since Roman times and then opening into a broad horizon, that through the main steps of history, leads up to the present.
