Abstract

In the field of dialogue between Aesthetics and Theology, this study embarks on a verification of the plausibility of the shift of theological attention from the category of beauty to that of form, as regards artistic form and the dynamic process by which it is generated. L. Pareyson, H. U. von Balthasar and G. Angelini base the elaboration of a phenomenology of the forma Christi on the life of man, which gives rise to guidelines for a morphological moral theology as a necessary development of an aesthetical moral theology.
