Abstract

This study faces the question of discernment, focusing on some traits of the action of the Spirit within man and in so doing making a case of the complex relationship between Grace and liberty. In the light of a regained pneumatology this contribution intends to repropose a relational vision of Grace, clarifying the filial traits of its action, in reference to the only begotten Son, and the dynamic process by which man is led to the incorporation in Christ, in the Church, Regarding this itinerary the Ignatian Exercises offer an exemplary framework of verification.
