Sviluppo storico e significato teologico di alcune prassi

Abstract

A rigorous reflection on the placement of the diocesan clergy in parishes poses questions for many disciplines: Church History, Pastoral and System-atic Theology, Canon Law, the Human Sciences. In the following research the author offers a synthesis which draws on these disciplines showing how the Bishop’s obligation to show concern for all the Christian faithful auto-matically translates into the proper assigning of nominations. The modern and contemporary tradition of the Church, in answer to the changing times, hands down to us various ways in which the placement of ordained ministers may come about in a manner inspired by Gospel wisdom. The study of this tradition is the subject of the first part of this study, in view of practical indi-cations which will be published in the second part.
