Il Consiglio pastorale diocesano durante l’episcopato di Martini

Abstract

This contribution proposes to re-read the path of the Diocesan Pastoral Council along the 22 years of the episcopate of CM Martini. In order to fulfill his ministry in Milan, he did not consider optional the contribution of the Diocesan Pastoral Council, whose effort to the Church’s discernment was in his eyes a first «fieldwork». As a pastor, he did not intend to give up such a «fieldwork», because of the contribution that he expected from that organism to better understand the life of the diocese and to receive ideas and suggestions in order to draw up a pastoral plan for the Church of Milan.
