L’intenzionalità delle azioni intrinsecamente cattive

Abstract

This article focuses on the theory of the so-called intrinsece malum, by means of which the moral doctrine of the Church aims at defining the actions which must not ever be carried out. Following on from the historical-critical study of the three traditional fontes moralitatis – object, circumstances, intention – on which such a theory is based, a symbolic conception is laid out capable of demonstrating how the concept of intrinsece malum does not leave aside, rather it includes in the object of the action also the intention of the agent and the circumstances of the action.
