Considerazioni sulla laicità dei ministri istituiti

Abstract

In the three-year period from 2021 to 2024 the Italian dioceses have begun to adopt the norms contained in Spiritus Domini e Antiquum Ministerium. From the very beginning of their implementation some practical and theoretical problems emerge which demand a further reflection regarding the identity and the type of ministry required of the people involved. In the light of some contributions by T. Citrini, B. Sesboüe and C. Theobald, the article looks at the question of the lay quality of such ministries, offering possible options with a view to a renewal of the Church’s mission.
