Abstract

The development of communication technology has important repercussions on our life experiences. The article intends to reflect on these changes within the specific context of seminary formation, or religious life. The first part focuses on the theological significance of the historic forms of knowledge which take shape in the believer’s personality. The second part outlines some habitats of that knowledge, indicating the possible transformations, unprecedented in many respects, which call for a rethinking of formation  programs.
