Abstract

The article starts from some considerations about the different unsolved issues against the shared statement on the value of religious freedom. We investigate about the origin of those issues, recognizing how the concept of religious freedom foundation is affected by an individualistic approach. Overcome this defect passes through the consideration of the relational importance of the religious relation in Christ’s Easter. Religious freedom is then understood and accomplished as guardian of the fraternal bonds carried out by Christian fulfillment.
