Il giudizio morale sulle azioni umane
Dalle fontes moralitatis al discernimento prudenziale
Abstract
Following on from a previous historical-critical survey of moral doctrine regarding the fontes moralitatis, this further study aims at tackling the ques-tions raised therein so as to outline a renewed theory of the moral judgment of human action. To begin with, considering the present Magisterial invita-tion regarding the inseparable connection that exists between the final end of the moral agent and the object of the action (I), the aim is sought by delin-eating a symbolic theory of action (II), to which prudential discernment as a virtuous way of judgment corresponds.
