Verso il settimo giorno di Dio
La salvezza dell’uomo e del creato nella profezia di Isaia
Abstract
Man and nature were created to be in relationship with each other, now and forever. This fundamental assumption of creation’s biblical theology finds an interesting further study in the prophetic literature, where different oracles of salvation dedicate attention to (eschatological) “redemption” of nature. Also creation, according to the thought of the prophets, is called to share the saved humanity bliss. Particularly, according to the first Isaiah’s vision, the cosmos assumes a function that we could call “of a witness”: be a sign of the final transfiguration of humanity, and share the same joy.
